For You!
Happy May Day!

Five reasons
I love the month of May…
1. May for me, is really the start of spring and of course there’s Mother’s Day.
2. Flowers are everywhere! I love flowers!
3. May was the month I got to meet one of my favorite music groups “Platinum Blonde” when I was a teenager. I guess it meant
a lot, because to this day I always remember, May 17th, and I am not putting what year it was either!
*These two are the most important reasons*
4. I love May because it was the month that I became a mom for the first time. I was so scared.
5. My first daughter was born (LATE I might add) on May 14th…
This is our 100th post…Yay! So, we thought it would be fun, if I did 50 things about Cody and he will do 50 things about me. Here goes:
Fifty things that I would like to say about Kimberlie:
A Smile is the light in your window that tells others that there is a caring, sharing person inside.
~Denis Waitley, American Author~
I’m proud to say, that I practice “smiling ” everyday…
It’s actually pretty easy to do, really. It makes me feel good…and it’s all that I need for a happy day.
You Are A Blue Girl |
![]() Relationships and feelings are the most important things to you. You are empathetic and accepting – and good at avoiding conflict. If someone close to you is in pain, it makes you hurt as well. You try to heal the ones you love with your kind and open heart. |
I think everything here is accurate…maybe the accepting and avoiding conflict…not so much. I’ll be sure to work on those. Cody would say that I am too empathetic…I can see that as well.
What color are you?
*Not much going on here…same old same old! That’s why I’ve posted these silly things, something fun. I did have fun riding my bike this morning…that’s all folks! Maybe if we ask nicely, Cody will post something! {{Pretty please}}

This is a fun one I got from a friend over here
pretty neat…I want to see it all of course. New York is one that I have to visit one day.
I would have to say my favorite state that I have visited was Hawaii…I hope to take the whole family there someday.
in life…to learn new things. I have been on my friend’s waiting list for weeks now to have our blog design changed. Cody and I really enjoy doing this blog stuff together and the girly blog that I had before wasn’t doing it for Cody.
Anyway, I started poking around here and there and got it in my head that I could learn how to make my own blog design…ya know what? I did it! I have learned so much in the last week or so…I’m just a little excited! I have so much more to learn and am looking forward to it all!
So beware…I’m a changer…you’ll never know what to expect when you come to The Rose Family Blog.
We are still on our spring BRReak (did you catch the brr? It’s still freezing up here!)and trying to enjoy each other and have some fun…relax a bit. Actually, I’m pretty sure Cody is itchin’ to get back to work…seeing how crazy it can be around here! Hehe! Take me with you!
Lot’s of things to post about…on Monday!
Kimberlie
I’m pretty sure I figured out the whole video thing…
I posted three of Madison and her violin. They are a little dark and of course my house is always LOUD, so it might actually be hard to here anything but, the background noise; Grissom, the dogs, did I say Grissom? Sorry about that…that’s just what my house is like…LOUD!I’m sure I will get better with time but for now here’s little bit of Maddie and her growin’ up self…
Also, please keep going down and read the one about the bento box, very clever idea!
