Yay! It’s finally Friday…
A real Friday for us, Cody doesn’t have to work tonight, so we’ll have to find something to do. I am also just as excited for the rest of this weekend, because Cody has Sunday off too! Yay! The whole weekend together!

We have a few chores to do but, I’m sure we’ll make it fun and relaxing…

I have so many decorating ideas going through my head these past few days.
I am being inspired by all these fantastic new home design blogs I’ve found…
I am so ready to start getting our “old house” as some people like to call it, up to snuff.
It will take a lot of work and it won’t happen over night…that’s the hard part for me…instant gratification is what I like best…don’t we all? Don’t worry, Cody, I just want to go over some of my new ideas, that’s all! I need to write them down…get’em on paper.

Well, enough of that…hope everyone has a glorious weekend too!

Monday…Monday…

Filed under: Keeping House, Nothing Else To Do — Kimberlie @ 8:23 pm

is kitchen day in our house. So with the extra hands I have with me today(I know Cody, this is the last thing you want to do on your vacation, huh!) we are spending an extra hour spring cleaning this room…do ya wanna help? Huh? Wanna?

It will be nice to have new shelf liner down and to organize all our *stuff* again, it will be like we have a new kitchen. So off we go…music on havin’ some fun cleanin’ the kitchen.

Tuesday is bathroom day…not as excited about that…hmmm maybe we’ll break out the paint…

A Bento Box…

Filed under: Keeping House — Kimberlie @ 1:54 am

Ok, guys I am still trying to figure out how to link words to actual sites and what not?? It’s not going well…

Anyway, you guys have to go over to ‘my neighbors’ list, over on my sidebar and click on ‘Princess Pigbear’ and it will take you to her site, which I love to visit I might add. Erin is a wonderful photographer and has a beautiful family. She has a post referring you to yet another web site (Amy Coffey) talking about a ghetto bento box.?
This bento box is such a wonderful idea…we all have lunches to make for our children and husbands, hey even ourselves once in awhile, that need to go to school or work, anywhere! What a great way to send a healthful and if your in to it, ‘green’ lunch for you and your family. I am making some up this weekend!

Amy has pictures of her bento boxes!
Check it out…very clever!
