This is our new friend of the family…should I name her? Hmmm….so many names to choose from…all the girly names I didn’t get to use:
Ainsley
Avery
Eden
Addison
Emma…the list goes on and on.
Anywho, that was kinda silly, I’m not gonna name my exercise equipment…I am going to get started on that resolution from the beginning of the year…Cody and I are excited, we have saved up to get this girl and we finally got her! Yay!
This bike is pretty awesome, she has 8 pre-programmed workouts to choose from, it tells you if your on target, if you need to go faster or slower, what your heart rate is, how many calories you are burning and a lot more. I love how you can feel the resistance when you are going up a hill or down, you really feel like your off riding somewhere outside. I popped on my Ipod and went to town this morning…
It really makes you think about what your going to put in your mouth…as far as food. I mean why would I workout like that (it was hard) and then go and eat something not good for me?
I think this is really going to work!
Cody and I are looking forward to getting healthy and happier too!
I will get the camera out this weekend and get some new shots of the kiddos for everyone…I haven’t felt much like taking picture lately…not sure why!
